
Glenn Seaberg founded Marketing Mind & Company to
bring together a world-class network of freelance professionals,
who through the common goal of making their clients
successful have forged the ideal ala carte marketing
solution for businesses on a budget.
He has
strong project management and marketing communications
background after having worked in executive roles for
a wide variety of businesses for over 15 years. Glenn’s
experience spans finance and real estate, information
technology, entertainment, and retail services.
Specifically, Glenn's experience includes:
- Strategic Planning
– Glenn has the ability to quickly understand
a client’s unique business and market, enabling
him to effectively facilitate the strategic planning
process. His thorough approach to analyzing markets,
competition, positioning, and strategic direction
helps provide clients with a clear map to success.
To attain overall success for a client, Glenn focuses
on turning goals into reality, with an emphasis on
setting and achieving incremental objectives.
- Project Management
– Glenn has extensive hands-on experience managing
a variety of diverse projects. His demonstrated knowledge
of all phases of project management, from project
initiation through post-project analysis, ensures
successful project completion.
He is extremely effective at defining requirements,
managing expectations, leading project teams, and
resolving potential conflicts should they arise.
- Marketing Communications
Management – Glenn is an expert at
developing and implementing integrated marketing communications
plans. Glenn helps clients set and achieve quantifiable

of Business at St. Cloud State University. |

As
an adjunct member of the faculty of the Department of
Marketing and Business Law, he teaches courses in strategic
marketing and communications.
Glenn is a member of the
American Marketing Association and Beta Gamma Sigma,
the national honor society for accredited colleges of
business.
He recently completed his
second term as President of the Board of the St. Cloud
State University Alumni Association, a non-profit organization
with over 60,000 members.
When not focused on his
clients, Glenn concentrates on advancing his education
and experience as a PADI-certified scuba diver.
